I Selvatici Episode #1: The Chapel
The new year seems to be flying by, with us now entering February and its typical list of chores around the vineyards and the winery. The vines have had their hard pruning, and await the warm rains of the spring to begin forming our 2021 vintage. But, while we would typically be tidying things up around our tasting room in a normal year in preparation for visitors, the global travel restrictions most likely mean our stream of arrivals will again be small during the spring and summer.
We have had the pleasure of welcoming many of you here over the years, at which time you’ve heard the history of our family’s beginnings on this land decades ago. Our roots in this land like those of our vines run deep, as you can hear in the voices of my parents when the speak of our past. We will be preparing little video tours of the vineyard and our home, with this first one highlighting our little family chapel which has been the place of so many of our important family events. And we hope that even if you cannot be here in person, you will learn more about our spirit and passion for what is I Selvatici.
My family has always been dedicated to bringing our friends and customers only the best from our land and our hearts. We do hope you’ll take advantage of the great discounts (from 10% to 30%) on our wines still being offered in our Wine Shop including half gallon of our family EVO at NO COST for wine order of 2 cases or more.
