Tasting the New Cardisco 2016
Summer is in full swing now here, and the vines are very happy in the sunshine! We are keeping busy in the winery with tourists beginning to visit for tours and tastings, full of enthusiasm and joy on their faces. It feels so good to be returning to normal! Three of our premier wines have been bottled and have now been released, but since many of you may not come for a live tasting here, I’m making a video tasting for each of them in this and the next two newsletters. You will learn more about the wines and their compositions, as well as some suggested food pairings for each. Perhaps you can find some lovely Italian music to play as you watch the videos, and imagine yourselves here!
